Frequently asked questions

Is the first month really free?
Yes. Your first month of Milo is free, and it's $10 CAD per month after that. The current Milo Professional plan includes every live Professional feature.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Milo Professional is a monthly subscription with no long-term contract. You can cancel before the next renewal from the Stripe customer portal.
Is my students' data safe?
Milo’s primary application records are hosted in Canada. Some service providers may process information in other countries as described in the Privacy Notice. Personal information is excluded from model training by default; any opt-in requires express consent.
How do I log in after I sign up?
After checkout you get instant access to Milo at milo.nextclass.ca using the email you signed up with.
